I am so excited to be writing this letter to you! With the world ever changing we need girls like you.
Too often a career is set on one goal while being a true incentive for you it can often leave you missing another opportunity. You can take all of your talents and move them to the next level. Your career opportunities are endless.
Your personal development relates to your career goals. It brings the best version to your career. Remember before you started walking you were crawling. And when you started walking you had obstacles like falling down and getting back up. You broke the obstacles you were facing and then started running. It was a great way to show your strength and perseverance. You were consistent and put up a good fight for your common goal.
Remember now that you're walking, travel as many miles that you have too, reach your career goal. When you hit obstacles, break them down piece by piece. Fight for who you are! And when you see someone falling don’t frown on them, protect them. Show your leadership skills and commitment to them. It’s the best feeling you will ever have picking someone up. And it's a start to building working relationships and unknown knowledge as to how different views work together. Remember, if you don’t share your points of view you will have missed opportunities.
I want each and every one of you to be successful in life. Always believe you can do it and you will. Stand up for what you believe in yourself. Girls like you are going to make this world a better place to be in and I’m glad I’m in it with you!
