Tips for support diversity and inclusion challenges are learning and listening. We learned from past mistakes. Make sure you listen to your mentors since they have more life experiences.
For study tips, I would say used as many resources as you can. The number one tool in modern era is the Internet. I personally used the number one search engine Google when I don’t know the answer. When I need to watch videos, I used YouTube. It helped me a lot when I was working on my undergrad school. Sometimes I had to write program in C++, I understand better someone watching than reading.
