As a Black Girl who works in technology, it was hard getting here but I was persistent. I was determined to make my mark. I went to an HBCU where I learned a lot about myself and what I was capable of. I learned to speak up and take chances and make good decisions. Sometimes, I didn’t make the best decisions and that is how I learned to F.A.I.L (First Attempt In Learning) fast. I learned from my mistakes quickly to be able to grow personally and professionally.
