I am so excited to be writing to you and encouraging you to pursue your STEM career!
My advice to you would be to dream big and believe in yourself. Create small goals that lead to your big goals. Focus on achieving those small goals, and celebrate your successes. Think about what you did and what others did that helped you be successful. Then apply that for the next goal.
There will be times when you will not meet your goal. That’s ok. Expect that. Think about why you did not meet the goal, and then take steps to do things differently next time. We all learn a great deal when we do not meet a goal, lessons that can help us improve, help us formulate a new plan or reset our expectations.
