In the likes of Katherine Johnson who was known as the human computer and calculated the flight path of the first NASA mission in space. She was also awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom, by President Obama. Otis Boykin holds over 26 patents and is known for creating the control unit that regulates the pacemaker.
