I work in a tech driven company where diversity is valued and encouraged. I have personally found that the more voices we have the better ideas we have to lead in our industry. Previous generations told little girls how pretty they are and little boys how smart they are. I think we have come a long way from that and know that girls are truly equal to boys. Parents build their child’s confidence based on their skills and ability and that is fantastic.
