Hey there!
My name is Sarah and I live in Florida. I originally grew up in NY but do not miss the cold weather and snow. The town I grew up in was very small and had an environment where some of the Mom’s still stayed home to take care of their children and took care of the house. Most of the Dad’s worked, not the women. But my mother did work, she was a nurse and both my parents always encouraged me to follow my dreams and challenge myself. Growing up in a small town sometimes limits your opportunities but I made sure I always had the mindset to be determined. Know that you are in a world now where as a girl you can do anything you put your mind to. Make sure to really take different classes, challenge yourself, get out of your comfort zone so you can figure out where you want to go in life and meet lots of people. The sky's the limit!
